The Black Student Union of SUNY Oswego highlights historical and modern contributions of Black People nationally and internationally, as well as provides support and encouragement to black students, staff, faculty, and community members.

BSU hosts an annual gala honouring the community’s achievements, which are highlighted in a commemorative booklet.

The hosts required a one-color design with an elegant, sophisticated feel capturing the grandeur of the event while expressing the remarkable heritage behind it.
